The Red Lion Hotel is an attractive, very well maintained hotel situated in the village of Weobley, Herefordshire. Parts of the building date back to 1450 and although the overall feel is one of traditional, English country, there is a seamless fusion between the old fashioned elegance and contemporary features.
Accommodation
Each of the hotels bedrooms are tastefully decorated, offering cosy accommodation. The range of accommodation on offer starts with classic Bed and Breakfast in a standard room through to an adjacent holiday cottage. For the comfort of all our guests all rooms are designated as non-smoking.
All bedrooms and suites have the following standard features: En-suite bathrooms, 20 inch TV with Freeview channels, wireless broadband internet access, hospitality set (incl. tea and coffee making facilities), direct dial telephone, a work desk/dressing table, hair dryer, laundry service, iron and ironing board.
Food and Events
The hotel’s restaurant has a menu with something for everyone in the eclectic mix of interesting dishes provided on our a la carte menu.
Our food is all cooked to order and locally sourced. Our staff are here to provide the very best of service for our customers. In addition to the restaurant we also serve afternoon tea and a range of bar snacks in the lounge bar.
The former bowling green makes a wonderful garden for Red Lion guests. We offer marquee hire for weddings, parties, summer BBQs or fund-raising events for up to 100 people.

Dec 2012 – NEW Guestrooms – All 5 of our bedroom suites have been tastefully redecorated and all of the old ‘Avocado’ en-suite bathrooms replaced.
Jan 2013 – NEW Games Room – Full size snooker table, full size pool table, dartboard and Jukebox.
Mar 2013 – NEW Dining Room – Including flooring, furniture and soft furnishings.
